Outdoor Events

We have provided bar services for a variety of outdoor events ranging in size from village fetes to music festivals.

Our equipment and bar service can be used to extend existing facilities, or we offer freestanding bar units that can be used to serve drinks for corporate hospitality areas and serving visitors or the public in outdoor areas.

You can use our using a pay bar service.

We can also provide marquees for covering our bar service as you can never trust the British weather!

For these kind of outdoor events we recommend the use of plastic glasses to promote Health and Safety and can also provide plastic bottled beers, alcopops, soft drinks and water.

We can operate our bar service for you using the following options:

Need your customers or guests to pay for their own drinks? No problem, we will provide our full service (as above) on a pay as you go basis for your event.
We will work with you to ensure this part of your event goes extremely smoothly and ensure you are served quality drinks, at the correct temperatures and at competitive prices.

We can provide the licence to run a paying bar for you, and ensure it is stocked with your required drinks and cocktails. We can send you our current drinks menus and prices.

If you would like a bar where drinks are pre-paid for your customers, we provide two options:

1. We provide the equipment and staffing, and you can provide the alcohol. We are happy to advise you on quantities of stock to purchase, and recommend suppliers or we can purchase all drinks for you and deliver at cost. You sell pre-paid vouchers to your customers to use over the bar.

2. We can supply all the alcohol required at competitive pre-determined prices and again you can simply sell pre-paid vouchers to your customers to use over the bar and we will supply everything else.

You can also take full advantage of our if you wish to offer your clientele canapés or buffet options to accompany your bar service. We can also provide a barbeque or hog roast. This means you only have to deal with one supplier saving time and money in the process.
